We are looking for experienced, proactive customer service led individuals to join our growing client services team. The role is customer service first, driving our key principle of customer service excellence into Tech delivery. You will have a strong customer service background, with experience in account management.
You will be responsible for overseeing and briefing bespoke content for the McArthur Glen global estate, briefing multichannel templates and providing proactive excellent customer service, forming strong relationships with key client stakeholders and global McArthur Glen centre, bringing our Tech and customer services offerings together harmoniously. You will need to support the Account Director to successfully delivery tech projects for existing clients and continued usage and development of client platforms.
We are looking for pro-active individuals with a keen eye for detail who are equally capable of taking part in client meetings and demos as well as championing our tech and always having a thirst for expanding knowledge.
Requirements
- Ideally you will have an agency/ tech background - with strong customer service expertise
- Exceptional organisational skills - you will need to ensure multiple projects you are supporting remain on track at one time
- Ability to manage project - pulling in support and expertise from within the business as required
- Great attention to detail - from pulling together information from the client to other internal teams to end to end process testing workflows, the devil is in the detail in this role
- Time and priority management - we don't micromanage at ITG, the ability to manage your own time and deliver quality with speed is essential.
- Technically minded - whilst we're not expecting you to be able to configure your own platform, we will need you to be able to understand workflow and process and quickly pick up the nuances of individual client platforms to provide the best service to our teams and clients
- Pro-active to understand the tech suite in place for McArthurGlen, understanding each module to an SME level, understand the client user journey
- Confidence - you'll need to be able to confidently take part in client workshops, demos and meetings
- Problem solving - you'll need to be able to understand and unravel problems to offer appropriate, advice, support, and solutions
- You will have good knowledge of all marketing disciplines and multi-channel activation.
- Commercially astute - you'll be responsible for working with cross functional teams to build quotes as well as supporting the Account Director to cross-sell opportunities across our wider agency services
- Managing internal departments to delivery exceptional bespoke artwork and creative output's
- Proactively support the Account Director to drive the account forward, looking for other opportunities where we can expand, such as Capture
- Excellent communication skills, always ensuring we are following up on all actions post meetings.
