We have a rewarding 12 months fixed term opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our Inpatient Admin team within the Directorate of Mental Health at the Bradgate Mental Health Unit, Glenfield Hospital Site. As an Admin Assistant, you will be supporting with the maintenance of Electronic Patient Records along with covering the reception area as part of the Acute Recovery Team providing support to the Clinical team.

The hours of work are Mon to Fri 08:30 - 16:30.

You will be working in a fast paced environment and having direct contact with nursing staff, doctors, consultants, psychology staff and service users which will include face to face contact. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to work within a caring and compassionate team, we would like to hear from you. You will be joining a team that work well together and you will be supported to learn and develop, enabling you to provide an excellent administrative service to the multi-disciplinary team within the service.
