As an Administrator (Home Ownership Coordinator) at Hyde, you will play a vital role in supporting the Home Ownership Team by managing incoming correspondence, ensuring accurate records, coordinating financial and compliance tasks, and enhancing the customer experience for Hyde’s homeowners.


Key Duties


  • Manage and monitor all incoming correspondence to the Home Ownership Team, ensuring accurate record-keeping and task allocation.
  • Provide specialised operational and compliance support, including Section 20 consultations and income reconciliation.
  • Oversee the income collection process, working closely with the Finance department to ensure correct allocations and resolve any issues.
  • Act as a key contributor to homeowner management policy, procedures, and training across the business.
  • Support customer engagement and cross-team collaboration to continuously improve the homeowner service experience.
