Animal Health Trade Territory Manager (Large Animal)

Remote - South West England

A rapidly growing animal health business is strengthening its presence in the South West and is seeking an Animal Health Territory Manager to support this growth. This role sits at the heart of developing the agricultural trade and merchant network within its region, with a strong focus on strategic relationship-building and commercial development.

The Role:

As Territory Manager, you'll be responsible for the regional development, focusing on building strong commercial relationships across the agricultural sector. Success in this role comes from understanding the customer needs, representing the product portfolio professionally and maintaining a consistent presence across the territory.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand the trade and merchant accounts within the South West
Promote a portfolio of ruminant nutritional and animal health products
Increase product visibility and drive sales performance
Work closely with key accounts - support with dual calling on-farm
Contribute to the long-term direction and growth of the region

Candidate Profile:

A good understanding or background in agriculture
A qualification in agriculture, animal science, or a related field (desirable)
Proven experience in sales or business development (3 years+)
Self-motivated, driven to succeed and a confident communicator
A full UK driving licence
The flexibility to stay away occasionally when required

Strong relationship-building skills, commercial awareness and a proactive mindset will be valued highly.
