Assistant Brand Manager - Consumer Health
Are you a commercially minded marketer ready to bring brands to life? Do you thrive in fast-paced, consumer-focused environments where creativity meets data-driven decision-making?
We’re looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join our UK & Ireland team, playing a key role in delivering impactful brand strategies and activation plans across a dynamic FMCG portfolio.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll support end-to-end brand activities—combining strategy with hands-on execution:
Support the development and rollout of brand plans aligned to business goals
Deliver engaging marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and media channels
Own content creation and ensure a strong, consistent brand presence online
Drive and optimise digital marketing campaigns for performance and reach
Monitor brand performance, track KPIs, and support budget management
Collaborate with commercial teams and retail partners to bring initiatives to market
Analyse market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities

Sales, Category & Insights, and Commercial Strategy teams
Global brand and innovation teams
External agencies (media, creative, research)

Who you are?
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven marketer who is ready to make an impact:
Background in marketing, business, or a related field
Experience or exposure within FMCG, Consumer Health, or a fast-moving commercial environment
Strong understanding of digital marketing and media channels
A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical thinking with attention to detail
Comfortable working across multiple projects in a dynamic setting

Compensation And Benefits
We believe in transparent and competitive compensation.
Salary you can expect: Min £44K – max £50K pa depending on experience. Salary reviews take place annually in April.
Competitive compensation package consisting of an attractive base salary and annual company bonus.
