Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic fractional Business Development Manager who will be instrumental in our go-to-market efforts. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with asset managers, showcasing our solution, and contributing to the development of our sales strategies. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced startup environment with direct impact on our company's growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue business opportunities aligned with Lapis’s AI fintech platform.
• Build and manage relationships with potential clients and strategic partners.
• Represent Lapis in meetings, events, and outreach with credibility and conviction.
• Feed market insights back to the founding team to sharpen positioning and strategy.
What We’re Looking For
• Background in fintech, SaaS, or B2B sales/partnerships.
• Proven track record in onboarding institutional investors and advisors as clients
• A solid network between PE, PC, CIB that actually opens doors.
• Someone between roles who wants meaningful, flexible work — not filler.
• Self-driven, commercially sharp, no hand-holding needed.
