BIM Technical Lead

• Hybrid role - home based with some travel to ISS offices in England
• Strong salary plus car or allowance and healthcare

Here at ISS, as a leading Facilities Management (FM) provider, we are looking to develop our technical resource aligned to a brand new government account, which stands as one of the largest public sector FM contracts in the UK by recruiting a BIM specialist join the Account's leadership team.

The account is truly major, and consists of 100s of client sites across the country, with a vast list of M&E assets

Working with senior stakeholders across the Account, wider ISS ,and the end client you would be the driving force behind the organisation operation of an Account wide BIM programme, which will enable ISS to capture and understand M&E Assets across the client's estate, therefore allowing for a far superior maintenance regime

This will be a first in its class role across ISS and within a government FM contract, and so the role represents the cutting edge of technology within FM that would work for an ambitious and detail orientated professional

Actions will include:

• Lead on the delivery and ongoing development of our BIM & Drawings contractual requirements incorporating all workstreams.
• Act as the Technical Services Directors guide and advisor for all BIM & Drawings matters
• Protect ISS from technical risk including any revenue leakage or margin impact.
• Drive BIM excellence, implementing governance & assurance processes
• Monitor compliance with Account BIM & Drawings procedures and protocols in line with industry standards
• Conduct quality assurance audits and checks on contract deliverables
• Reassure and engage with our client developing in partnership
• To make significant contributions to the long-term strategy of the service delivery model.
• Ensure all services are delivered in a commercially responsible way; own and deliver on your budgets and financial targets.
• Ensure all relevant periodic reporting, audits and required paperwork and administration is completed on time.
• Ensure succession plans are in place for key positions within your service functions to meet the expectations of customers and all relevant stakeholders in the business.
• To work co-operatively with other business sectors and support functions within the ISS to promote and facilitate the achievement of company and corporate objectives.
• Deliver our technical services, as per the GH&E strategy with brilliant basics - safe, legal and compliant

We need from you:

• Experience developing and implementing Digital drawing and BIM standards, processes and operational guidelines
• In-depth understanding and practical experience with: ISO 19650-1, 19650-2, 19650-3, 19650-5 BS 1192-4:2014
• Some level of M&E knowledge
