We are currently looking for exceptional people to join our team at the Coast & Country Hotel Collection, operated by Bespoke Hotels, UK’s largest independent hotel group. Coast & Country Hotel Collection is a family of over 25 hotels based throughout the UK.
We have a great opportunity as a Breakfast Chef.
Who are we looking for?
As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for the Breakfast service ensuring that all food is served in an efficient manner and to the required statutory and Company standards.
The ideal candidate would have at least two years experience in a similar role along with excellent food presentation skills. You should have the confidence in your skills and the ability to thrive in this environment.

Key Responsibilities Of The Role
- Organise the preparation and presentation of all breakfast menu items, ensuring a high standard is met.
- Ensuring the breakfast service is prompt and efficient.
- Ensuring the correct storage and handling of food whilst ensuring that stock rotation and security procedures are adhered to.
- Minimise and control the wastage of food.
- To comply with all Company food hygiene. Health and safety, fire and COSHH regulations.
- Be Flexible – to enjoy working early morning shift patterns and seeing the operation on different days of the week including the weekends.
- Be standards and detail driven to meet the menu specifications
- Be aware of hygiene and cleanliness standards and assist in meeting these.
- Be a team player- interact and communicate with the kitchen and restaurant team and sometimes guests if you are front of house.
