We have partnered with a global insurance broker on a change initiative to optimize client access to London Market capacity by digitizing their operations into the market.
To deliver this they need to define and implement a Target Operating Model which uses technology solutions to ensure they deliver effectively and efficiently. This project will implement new ways of working and leverage new investment in technology to provide enhanced capabilities.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the Change Management approach across the project.
Defines the Change Management Strategy and plan for all elements of the project. Works with the Project Managers, stakeholders and SMEs to:- Identify change impacts
- Define change action plans to mitigate impacts
- Plan training and communications
- Develop materials for training and communications
- Deliver training and communications
Skills Required
As a Change Manager your knowledge and expertise should include:
- Extensive knowledge of change methodologies (such as ADKAR and Kotter)
- Proven record of leading large and sophisticated change initiatives with relevant Financial Services (ideally insurance) experience
- Experience identifying and assessing change impact, defining action plans to mitigate the impact and delivery of those actions
- Ability to lead a change team, including delivery of communications and training
- Experience with communicating effectively with different levels of internal and external management / leadership while influencing multiple collaborator groups.
- Able to lead multiple priorities concurrently and handle pressure situations effectively and professionally.
- Excellent leader, motivator, communicator, critical thinker and problem solver and time management skills.
