Are you passionate about road safety and traffic management? Cumberland Council is seeking a dedicated Civil Enforcement Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for patrolling roads and off-street parking areas, issuing Penalty Charge Notices for parking violations, and ensuring the proper functioning of parking equipment. You will also attend adjudication hearings and provide courteous advice to the public on parking-related matters.

Who We�re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have GCSE passes in Mathematics and English, a valid driving licence, and basic computer skills. Previous experience in enforcement and customer service is essential. You must be willing to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays, and be able to travel across Cumberland.
