You’ll join a warm, supportive podiatry team covering Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire—an area known for championing internal progression and helping staff advance into senior roles.
We’re committed to your growth. Expect a structured induction, dedicated mentorship, regular 1:1s with your line manager, and ongoing clinical supervision. You’ll work alongside skilled, experienced podiatrists who will support your development every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be empowered to work as an autonomous practitioner managing a varied and rewarding caseload, including:
- High-risk and diabetic foot care
- Wound care
- Biomechanics
Care is delivered across a range of settings—community clinics, GP practices, care and nursing homes, and even in patients’ own homes—giving you broad experience and plenty of opportunities to develop your clinical confidence.

- To provide a high standard of podiatric care to maintain tissue viability, mobility and independence for patients that are high risk or have an acute foot infection. Delivered through assessment, diagnosis and developing of appropriate care plans.
- To provide planning and management of own caseload, with support and guidance from senior colleagues. Includes, specialist care for patients with diabetes, rheumatoid and biomechanical problems. Also includes specialist treatment plans for patients with a variety of clinical needs, including acute and chronic neuropathies, vascular, tissue viability problems and wound management.
