Position Overview
Ithaca Energy is accepting applications for the position of Company Rep. Reporting to the Drilling Superintendent, the Company Representative is Ithaca Energy’s senior offshore wells representative, with single-point accountability for the safe, compliant and efficient execution of drilling, completion, workover and abandonment operations.
Leading the offshore team and service providers, the role acts as the primary interface between the rig and the onshore wells organisation, ensuring programmes are delivered to plan while driving strong HSE leadership, operational discipline and continuous performance improvement.
The position requires direct supervision of wellsite activities, robust risk management, clear operational control through approved work instructions, and accurate reporting throughout the well lifecycle. Success in the role is defined by excellence in safety performance, regulatory compliance, cost control, data integrity and effective team leadership.
