Conference Executive - Travel Markets - London - Hybrid

We’re currently seeking a Conference Executive to join a dynamic, high-performing team working on two of the travel industry’s most prestigious global events. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in events and conference coordination with potential for a long-term career.

You’ll play a pivotal support role to the Conference Manager, ensuring smooth planning and execution of the conference programme, managing speaker communications, and providing key onsite support during events. You’ll report directly to the Head of Conference and be managed day-to-day by the Conference Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain up-to-date conference programmes and speaker lists in collaboration with the Conference Manager
• Proof and align all speaker communications and updates
• Act as the internal liaison between Marketing, Ops, and Sales teams to ensure agenda visibility and alignment
• Be a reliable contact for internal and external speaker/moderator queries
• Troubleshoot proactively and support smooth conference delivery
• Provide onsite assistance with session flow and speaker management
• Contribute ideas for new conference formats and scalable solutions
• Manage inbox and provide continuity when team members are away

About You:

• Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Proactive problem-solver with adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Confident with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in events, conferences or similar project coordination roles is desirable
