About VWFS And The Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced
Continuous Improvement and Change Delivery Manager to successfully drive operational effectiveness. Reporting to the Head of Operational Excellence this role is responsible for process governance; to ensure processes and procedures are reviewed and validated on an annual basis in line with our Compliance requirements.
You will manage a small team who will investigate and analyse opportunities to drive continuous improvements to deliver good customer outcomes.

The role and key responsibilities:
- Work to deliver the strategy for business optimisation in line with VWFS UK’s commitments
- Improve customer outcomes and simplify the operating model
- Lead change initiatives to ensure that operational requests are validated and prioritised accordingly
- Represent Customer Operations at the variety of change committees
- Deliver OpEx associated savings per change initiative with the support of operational leaders
- Lead and manage the Root Cause requirements to understand key friction points for our customers
- Design key performance indicators to track improvements and implementations to measure increased efficiency
- Lead, motivate and provide focus to members of the team to drive operational excellence and deliver results
- Proactively engage with key business stakeholders to drive process efficiencies
- Lead the use of standardised, leading practice improvement methodology (e.g. Lean Six Sigma)
- Accountable for the creation of detailed business cases and charters for the portfolio
- Build strategic collaboration with outsource service partners to identify opportunities
- Maintains governance of high risk Customer Operations processes, operational procedures and process maps, ensuring they are up to date with changes made through review and annual assessment
Skills And Experience Required
- Demonstrable experience of working in a targeted and objective environment
- Passionate about driving process improvements
- Strong people leadership experience
- Experience of developing robust and compelling business cases
- Proven stakeholder management experience
- Experience in implementing Business Performance Improvements that have delivered significant benefits
- Proven lean / agile coaching experience
- Experience in influencing at all levels
- Proven experience in resource management and workforce planning, including working in a matrix management environment
- Experience of using Lean Six Sigma practices
- Previously worked in a financial services environment - desirable
