Data Clerk and Administration - Band 3 (PERMANENT)
Monday - Friday (sociable hours only) 24 hours per week.

Experience
Essential
- Experience in a secretarial, ward clerk or audit role, including use of databases and Excel
- Knowledge of Trust systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Desirable
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Knowledge of ICNARC/Badger databases
Qualifications & Education
Essential
- Maths and English qualification - GCSE A-D, or Grade 4-9, or Functional Skills Level 1
Desirable
- NVQ 2 in Business & Administration
Knowledge & Training
Essential
- Understanding of the Critical Care environment
Communication Skills
Essential
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate issues clearly and escalate appropriately to the senior team
- Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
- Willingness to support wider administrative and audit functions within the team
Planning Skills
Essential
- Ability to organise, prioritise and manage workload to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Management Skills

- Ability to support coordination of audit and administrative processes within Critical Care
- Ability to prioritise competing demands and contribute to service delivery
- Ability to escalate risks, data issues or service concerns appropriately
