Role Overview:
Deloitte Operations are seeking a results-driven Programme Manager to lead and manage the remediation function for our clients mortgages and unsecured lending portfolios. This role will play a critical part in ensuring operational integrity, delivering regulatory compliance, and driving customer-centric outcomes through the remediation of historic issues, customer redress, and process corrections.
We are seeking an individual skilled front line leadership management/guidance and semi-extensive programme governance.
