Job Title: Delivery Manager
Location: London - W12 7FW
Mode of working: Hybrid (2 to 3 days in the office)
Duration: 6+ months of contract initially
Essential Skills
- Experience of managing end-to-end 3rd party digital delivery and procurement within a technically complex environment with lots of moving parts.
- Procure, manage and report across external supplier engagements rather than delivery of individual team based projects.
- Experience of effective management and responsibility for relationships with 3rd party suppliers
- The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders including 3rd party suppliers
- Experience of creating, managing and evolving 3rd party contracts, with support from Legal and/or Commercial teams
- Experience of creating and effectively tracking budgets against expenditure
- Experience of helping to draft and shape business cases and presentations
- Experience of building dashboards, ways of working and operational process documentation
- The ability to communicate effectively, negotiate, influence and build trust at all levels of the organisation adopting a range of styles, tools and techniques
- Be able to meet challenging deadlines and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and/or direction
- Be proactive with an understanding approach to working with others
