Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Delivery Manager based in London, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. The Delivery Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and are completed within timelines and budgets. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, mitigating risks, and maintaining stakeholder communication. The role also involves improving delivery methods and processes to drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Project Management and Delivery: Experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycle, budget management, timeline adherence, and resource planning.
- Team Coordination and Leadership: Ability to lead diverse teams, foster collaboration, and effectively manage communication among stakeholders.
- Client Management: Proven expertise in managing client relationships and ensuring the alignment of project deliverables with client expectations.
- Risk Management: Skilled in identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong abilities to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions to improve delivery processes.
- Experience in financial services or familiarity with contract data management is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or similar frameworks.
