We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to manage the day-to-day running of our services in Leicester (William Smith House). This modern, purpose-built development offers 16 self-contained one-bedroom apartments, and we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Service Manager to oversee the care and wellbeing of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health conditions
In this role you will support the Service Manager to ensure that excellent services are delivered and ensure that the service is compliant with external regulatory standards. You will also be responsible for leading, advising and motivating a colleagues team and your duties will include colleagues supervision and team meetings.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of PBS, autism, and learning disabilities and strive to uphold the principles of the Right Care, Right Support, Right Culture.
