🌟 What The Role Involves
As a Development and Change Consultant, you will:
✅ Work directly with leaders across the council to boost team performance and deliver strategic outcomes
✅ Design and deliver engaging learning solutions that spark growth and behaviour change
✅ Facilitate coaching, team development and action learning sessions
✅ Support change programmes by building leadership capacity and confidence
✅ Use data and insight to shape smarter, more inclusive development
✅ Champion equality, diversity and inclusion at every stage
✅ Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a joined-up, innovative offer
👤 What You’ll Bring
✔️ CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in OD, L&D or HR
✔️ Proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders and managers
✔️ Experience in leadership development, team facilitation and coaching
✔️ Confidence in delivering innovative learning and evaluating its impact
✔️ A creative, collaborative mindset with a commitment to inclusion
✔️ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
