Location: Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

🛒 We’re on the hunt for someone to help scale and drive performance across key digital platforms. You'll be driving online sales through Paid Advertising (to their Shopify Website) and boosting sales on Amazon and TikTok Shop.

Are you proud of the improvements you've made when you've optimized product listings? Are you experienced in the world or ecommerce or online trading? What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute paid digital campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
- Manage and optimise their Amazon Marketplace presence to grow sales and visibility
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics, creating reports and insights that inform decisions
- Support ecommerce activities including DTC campaigns, CRO testing and email marketing
- Collaborate closely with the brand and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging across platforms
- Keep up with digital trends and identify new opportunities to test and scale
About You
- 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing / ecommerce roles
- Hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager and keyword/marketplace tools
- Previous experience working with or managing Amazon Marketplace and TikTok Shop is a big plus
- Highly data-driven with a test-and-learn mindset
- Creative, proactive, and excited to be part of a scaling brand with big ambitions
