Are you a visionary leader passionate about transforming outcomes for children, young people and families?
We are looking for a compassionate and community driven leader to take on this role, working collaboratively with local partners to empower young people and build safer, more supportive communities.
This pivotal role will shape and deliver inclusive, high impact services through strategic partnerships with the ICB, Public Health and community stakeholders.
You will be responsible for youth and community services, working closely with criminal justice partners to prevent harm, reduce offending and support positive outcomes for young people.
Take the lead in innovation, quality assurance and continuous improvement and ensure that services are child centred, equitable and outcome focused.
With oversight of significant commissioning budgets, including Integrated Joint Commissioning and Youth and Community Partnerships and Improvement, you will champion value for money and system wide transformation.
