Role: Director, Security Risk & Controls

Location: London 2 days in office

Compensation: Up to £210,000 total package

Responsibilities:

• Lead security policy and governance strategy
• Align frameworks with NIST, ISO, SOC standards
• Oversee enterprise-wide risk assessments and registers
• Guide remediation and track security improvements
• Deliver executive-level reporting and risk metrics

Requirements:

• Experience leading Risk and Controls functions in a Financial Services environment is crucial
• Expertise in NIST, ISO27001, SOC I/II compliance
• Strong leadership in cyber risk and governance
• Experience with RSA Archer or similar tools
• Excellent stakeholder and cross-team communication
