Dispute Resolutions Lawyer

A well-established and forward-thinking law firm is seeking a client-focused Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join its experienced litigation team. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of personal and commercial litigation matters (excluding property-related disputes, which are managed by a dedicated team). This a full time role with flexible working available and the salary is from £40,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on a broad spectrum of disputes and legal claims
• Drafting legal documentation and correspondence
• Conducting legal research and ensuring compliance with professional regulations
• Representing clients in alternative dispute resolution proceedings
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments to provide a high-quality client service

Candidate Profile:

• A minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in dispute resolution
• Solid understanding of litigation and ADR processes
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• A client-centred approach with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capable of managing a varied caseload and working effectively as part of a team
