We're hiring a Dive Technical Superintendent to join a world-leading contractor in subsea engineering, construction, and installation. With a 30+ country footprint and cutting-edge involvement in offshore oil, gas, wind, and carbon capture projects, you’ll be at the forefront of diving innovation and asset integrity.

🚢 What You'll Do:

• Lead the maintenance, performance, and documentation of complex saturation diving systems
• Manage diving equipment lifecycle, budgets, and technical compliance across a global fleet
• Liaise with DOA, vessel superintendents, and equipment workshops to drive operational excellence
• Oversee diving asset strategy for both existing and new-build DSVs

• In-depth experience with IMCA-compliant diving systems and offshore equipment
• Strong knowledge of global class societies and offshore certification standards
• Proven ability to manage asset performance, KPIs, and technical documentation
