Position and Location

This Duty Manager (Crew Leader) role is based at Moxy Milton Keynes and will lead daily shift operations.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Duty Manager role based at Moxy Milton Keynes. The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and the smooth functioning of the hotel. Responsibilities include supervising teams, resolving guest inquiries, maintaining high standards of service, and implementing company policies. The role requires efficiently managing resources, addressing operational challenges, and fostering a positive working environment for staff.
