What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for early careers programmes including Apprenticeships, Internships, Graduate roles and work experience.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and L&D to define needs and develop inclusive, inspiring job profiles.
- Design and deliver values-led assessment centres in collaboration with our Learning & Development team.
- Create outstanding candidate experiences while ensuring fair, consistent evaluation processes.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with universities, schools, training providers and career services.
- Represent the company at careers fairs and events, bringing our opportunities, culture, and values to life.
- Continuously improve our attraction strategies using workforce insights, market trends and data analysis.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to align recruitment with long-term workforce plans.
You will bring a passion for early careers and a belief in the power of opportunity, built from experience gained within early careers recruitment or volume hiring campaigns. You will have confidence in public speaking and strong relationship-building skills, meaning you are as comfortable speaking with our senior leaders as you are with our future talent.
You bring strong organisational talent and a sharp eye for detail, effortlessly managing multiple projects while maintaining a proactive, energetic, and collaborative approach.
