We are looking for an Email Marketing Executive to join our Total Platform eCommerce team. Based at Next Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire with a competitive salary range and great benefits!

The CRM Team within Total Platform at NEXT is predominantly responsible for Email, Loyalty and On-Site marketing and to help deliver a best-in-class CRM Marketing service across all six of our current TP Partners: Reiss, FatFace, Victoria’s Secret, GAP, Joules and Jojo Maman Bebe.
About the role:
As the Email Marketing Executive within the Total Platform eCommerce team, you will support the execution and development of email marketing and on-site personalisation within our Total Platform business. You will be fully responsible for the execution, development and delivery of email campaigns, spanning from one-time deployments to automated programs. The role is client facing, and will require you to work closely with our Total Platform partners to deliver a best-in-class CRM experience for them and our customers, with the goal of developing into the subject matter expert for email and CRM marketing for your partner.
What else is involved?
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns including the set-up, scheduling, and deployment of one-time, recurring, and triggered campaigns.
- Work closely with the key teams/stakeholders to create bespoke campaigns to increase sales, drive engagement and retention on email.
- Analyse performance of email marketing campaigns to provide actionable insights and improvements for future development
- Reporting on all email KPIs generated through email marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute on-site marketing campaigns, in the form of sign-up banners, abandon programmes and competition pages.
- Assist with the day to day administration tasks

About you:
Reporting to the Total Platform CRM Manager, the ideal candidate will be a keen problem solver able to work within a large, global team of marketers and external partners.
- Experience with Bloomreach or Exponea is preferred
- A basic understanding of HTML, Python or Jinja2 is preferred
- Self-motivated & highly organised with the ability to adapt to a changing environment and stay calm under pressure
- Creative and inquisitive with a thirst to learn more
- Aptitude for attention to detail
- Able to take direction and deliver tasks accordingly
- Effective team player; can do attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate level user of the Google Suite
- Marketing experience ideally gained in a retail environment, working on email, marketing or ecommerce.
