Overview:
The Business of Fashion is seeking a highly proactive, detail-oriented and discreet Executive Assistant to provide seamless support to our Founder and CEO during a key period for the business. This is a 12-month maternity cover position, reporting directly to the CEO with a dotted line into the Chief People and Culture Officer, with a start date no later than 15 September 2025.
This is a unique opportunity to operate at the heart of BoF, ensuring the efficient running of the Office of the CEO by managing a fast-moving schedule, supporting critical internal and external relationships, and helping to coordinate both professional and personal logistics. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner and gatekeeper, helping to ensure the CEO can focus on strategic priorities while representing BoF with professionalism and poise.
You’ll need to bring a strong sense of discretion, a calm and solutions-focused mindset, and the ability to operate with agility in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO’s day-to-day success—whether managing high-level international travel, coordinating across time zones, supporting during Fashion Month, or being a calm presence at BoF’s flagship events.
