intensive support service in Chester, and we're looking for
passionate, committed Full-Time Support Workers to help build our brand new service from the ground up! This is your chance to play a vital role in shaping a high-quality care environment from day one.
As a Support Worker, you’ll be empowering adults with
learning disabilities, autism, and complex behavioural needs to live independently, achieve their goals, and enjoy life to the fullest.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting adults is desirable but not essential - full training is provided.
- A compassionate, proactive, and resilient nature.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Adaptability in challenging situations.
- A good sense of humour and a genuine passion for care.
Your Role Will Include
- Providing personalised support with daily tasks like dressing, cooking, and cleaning.
- Encouraging social engagement, hobbies, and community activities.
- Supporting independence and learning of new life skills.
- Administering medication and completing daily care plans.
- Promoting safeguarding and the right to live free from abuse or neglect.
- Working collaboratively within a supportive and skilled team.
