What does a Care Expert do?
A care Expert visits customers in their own homes and provides them with direct assistance and support. Some of our customers are extremely ill and frail, and some need companionship, and are fiercely independent. Our care experts do everything for them, including:
- Taking them out to enjoy shopping, visits to the garden center or a coffee and cake to help with feeling isolated
- Taking them to the toilet,
- Giving them a shower,
- Cooking and feeding them,
- Giving them medication,
- Cleaning and other housework.
Working as a care expert is demanding and stressful. However, it can be very satisfying and fulfilling at the same time. You can make a huge positive difference in someone's life every day.
