Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, you will lead a small, high-performing team of Finance Analysts focused on driving commercial insight and business partnering across multiple business units.
The role demands a professional, articulate, confident finance professional with flair, strong commercial awareness, and excellent presentation skills who can challenge, and be challenged, constructively and add real value to business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual budget and reforecasting for specific business units.
- Act as a proactive business partner, working with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Manage, mentor and develop a team of Finance Analysts.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and planning processes through optimisation and standardisation.
- Own cashflow tracking and capital spend reporting relevant to business units.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations to senior leadership and the Board.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA preferred). PQ and QBE candidates considered if demonstrating strong commercial and managerial experience and the right personality attributes.
- Proven experience in a commercial FP&A or business partnering role within a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- Demonstrable people management experience, able to lead and inspire a small team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.
- Confidence and maturity to challenge senior leaders constructively.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Power BI.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with executive-level audiences.
