About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Project or Change Manager with a passion for driving strategic transformation across a large business. You’ll work across the entire group, delivering a diverse portfolio of change projects that impact everything from logistics and operations to people and infrastructure. You’ll be working closely with the Head of Business Transformation to translate high-level strategy into actionable project plans, managing delivery from end to end.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and deliver change projects aligned to the group’s finance strategy
- Translate strategic objectives into tangible project plans with clear deliverables and milestones
- Lead cross-functional meetings and manage matrix teams to ensure delivery
- Own full project lifecycle: scoping, planning, execution, risk/issue management, and budget control
- Provide regular portfolio updates to senior stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement and best practice in project and change delivery

Essential
Key Skills and Qualifications
- APM or Prince2 qualification
- Strong end-to-end project lifecycle management experience
- Proven experience managing budgets, risks, and project governance
- Confident running meetings and leading cross-functional teams
- Ability to translate strategy into action
Desirable
- Experience in food manufacturing or fast-moving industries
- Background in business analysis
- SAP knowledge or ERP implementation experience
- Experience working on cross-functional business transformation programmes
