💼 About the Role
You’ll be joining a fast-growing, privately owned healthcare business with a global footprint and ambitious plans—including acquisitions and continued international expansion. This role is central to modernising and strengthening the finance function as the business evolves.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Full ownership of day-to-day financial control, including approvals, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Managing complex stock and inventory across multiple international markets
- Driving process improvement and system enhancements (NetSuite experience a plus)
- Supporting future acquisition integration (M&A exposure)
- Leading on management accounts, budgeting, and team handover
- Progressing into a leadership role as the team structure evolves
👤 About You
We’re looking for someone who’s:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
- 3–6 years post-qualification experience, ideally with exposure to both SME and corporate settings
- Experienced in inventory and stock accounting in a product-based business
- Comfortable working with ERP systems—NetSuite experience highly desirable
- Collaborative, adaptable, and keen to develop as a future finance leader
- A confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
