We’re working with a leading global tech business to find a strategic and creative leader to shape their internal events function.

This is a senior role with real influence, you’ll set the vision and lead the global internal events strategy, delivering experiences that connect, energise, and inspire thousands of employees across the world.

You’ll lead a high-performing team, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and ensure every internal event reflects the company’s purpose, culture, and ambition.

What you’ll be doing:

• Defining and evolving the internal events strategy across regions
• Leading and developing a team of event professionals
• Managing a global calendar of people-first events
• Partnering closely with Internal Comms, People, and senior leaders
• Bringing innovation, inclusion, and creativity into every experience

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience leading internal events at scale, globally
• A strong strategic mindset, with hands-on delivery experience
• Confidence managing senior stakeholders and complex budgets
• A collaborative, people-focused leadership style
