As our brand continues to evolve, we’re looking for a talented and versatile Designer to join our in-house creative team. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills, own exciting projects, and play a key role in how our brand shows up across print, digital and physical spaces.
Job Summary
As Designer, you’ll work closely with our Lead Designer and report into the Marketing Operations Manager. You’ll support the delivery of creative work across a broad mix of media — from campaigns and digital assets to recruitment materials, event branding and internal comms.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for a designer with strong technical skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the confidence to own projects from concept to delivery.

Principle Accountabilities
Design and produce creative assets across digital, print and environmental media, including
- Social media graphics and digital content
- Flyers, brochures, posters and direct mail
- Presentation decks and internal communications
- Recruitment and onboarding materials
- Web, ecommerce and email visuals
- Event branding and promotional materials
- Work closely with the team to maintain brand consistency and elevate visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team and stakeholders across the business.
- Maintain and organise creative assets, templates and brand libraries.
- Liaise with suppliers, freelancers and printers when needed to support production.
- Apply accessibility and brand guidelines effectively across all work.
- Stay informed on design trends, tools and relevant industry developments.

You’re a confident and adaptable designer with a passion for thoughtful, effective design. You can take a brief and run with it — but you’re also comfortable collaborating and working within an established brand framework.
You take pride in your craft, stay calm under pressure, and are always looking for ways to improve how things look and work.
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years in a design role, ideally in a fast-paced or multi-channel environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative flair and versatility across formats
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Understanding of brand systems and visual identity application
- Strong layout, typography and file management skills
- Familiarity with digital content creation (social, web, email)
- Understanding of accessible design principles
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Basic motion or video editing skills a plus (but not essential)
- Experience in healthcare, retail, or recruitment marketing is desirable
