Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project life-cycle of CUBE’s end-to-end implementation projects from initial customer engagement, statements of work, project tracking and exceptional delivery
- Lead a team of project leads, technical leads and regulatory subject matter experts
- Deliver customer excellence and on-time delivery
- Provide unrivalled customer service and retention, by exceeding expectations and proactively managing any issues arising during the relationship
- Coordinate, influence and ensure accountability across internal functions to ensure legal, financial and technical requirements are fully satisfied and approved for each customer engagement
- Maintain existing and develop new relationships with partners and subcontractors as necessary to ensure customers receive a high quality, aligned service proposition
Technical Skills
What we’re looking for:
- At least 8 years of experience of managing multiple complex projects and delivery of change and/or transformation within the financial sector; in particular, regulatory-driven initiatives
- Strong experience and knowledge in regulations applicable to financial services
- At least 5 years of experience in people management
- Strong understanding of large-scale programme delivery (Agile, DevOps, waterfall) – SCRUM qualifications would be beneficial
- Deep understanding of Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management Frameworks with an expertise in the design and implementation of compliance / legal / risk management operating models for multi-jurisdictional financial services firms
- Proven-track record of working with diverse skillsets to serve client needs across large / complex organisations
- Extensive experience with regulatory compliance processes (e.g. horizon scanning, impact assessment, regulatory change delivery)
- Experience working with data models, regulatory mapping, taxonomies, data lineage, etc.
- Prior experience working in consulting firms and /or technology vendors within financial services would be a distinct advantage
- Ability to organize and lead workshops and elicit business requirements with minimal supervision
