The role
Different Dog is entering an exciting and critical phase of growth.
We are evolving our brand, refining our proposition, and scaling customer acquisition across new and existing channels. This role exists to drive the next step change in growth.
This is not a caretaker role. We are looking for someone who is motivated to take real ownership of growth during a pivotal period for the business. The mandate is to drive acquisition, improve retention, and continuously optimise the full customer journey.
You will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer and partner deeply with the Brand & Creative team to ensure media, creative and proposition work together to drive sustainable growth.
This role requires someone who can think holistically about growth strategy while remaining highly hands-on in execution and optimisation.
