About the requirement:
We’re looking for a proactive and knowledgeable
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Advisor to join our Boldyn Networks team. In this role, you’ll provide expert guidance and support across all areas of HSE, helping to embed a “safety first” culture throughout the organisation. You’ll work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and support the delivery of safe and sustainable operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the Boldyn Networks team, the position will work across:
Strategic & Operational Support
- Advise on the development and implementation of HSE strategies and tactical plans.
- Support leadership on safety, occupational health, wellbeing, and sustainability matters.
- Promote integration of HSE best practices across all business functions.
Training & Advisory
- Deliver training and coaching to enhance HSE awareness and capability.
- Provide expert input across project lifecycles, from planning to delivery.
- Support supplier onboarding and qualification processes from an HSE perspective.
Risk & Compliance
- Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and site inspections.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance, identifying trends and recommending actions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and internal frameworks.
Governance & Assurance
- Maintain and improve HSE management systems, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure systems align with operational needs and risk profiles.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an HSE role within construction, engineering, infrastructure, or similar high-risk environments.
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent recognised HSE qualification.
- Knowledge of ISO standards, RISQS, and relevant HSE legislation.
- Experience in audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
