Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Danetree Primary School – Part of GLF Schools

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our friendly, inclusive team. In this rewarding role, you’ll support teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and 2, lead planned lessons, and help every child thrive in a positive and engaging environment.

What we’re looking for:

HLTA qualification (or working towards)
Confident delivering whole-class learning
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Experience supporting children with varied needs

Salary: £19,715 – £22,599 pro rata (Associate 3.1)
