We’re seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to support our Bromborough site. Working closely with the HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in delivering a professional HR service—supporting employee relations, onboarding, engagement, training, and more.

What You’ll Do

• Support managers with employee relations, investigations, absence, and change processes
• Manage onboarding, inductions, and agency coordination
• Drive engagement, wellbeing, DE&I, and community initiatives
• Provide accurate HR data, KPIs, and reporting
• Ensure site compliance with audits, policies, and employment law
• Partner with line managers on training, development and PDRs
• Help drive a culture built on our values: Ownership, Simplicity, Humility, and Sincerity
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• HR experience in manufacturing/FMCG (ideal)
• CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR systems (SAP desirable)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills
• Positive, flexible, and solutions-focused mindset
• Hands-on, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail
