📍 Based at Loxley House, Nottingham City Council (Hybrid)
đź’Ľ ÂŁ31,586 - ÂŁ34,314 per annum (pro-rata for part-time) | Permanent | Full-Time
We’re looking for two proactive and collaborative
HR Facilitators to join our ambitious and forward-thinking team at Nottingham City Council. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality HR support and helping to shape a workforce that reflects our vision, values, and commitment to putting citizens first.
đź§© About The Role
As an HR Facilitator, you’ll be a key player in supporting our HR Directorate in delivering effective services and workforce improvements across the organisation. From facilitating recruitment and workforce planning to job evaluations and change processes, your work will directly contribute to how we serve our city.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy, collaborative environment and enjoys being part of a team that makes a real impact.
🛠What You’ll Do
- Support HR Business Partners in managing restructures, TUPEs, redeployment, and vacancy management
- Operate key HR systems (including Oracle Fusion) to ensure efficient processes and accurate data
- Coordinate and maintain job evaluation processes and documentation
- Manage and respond to HR queries through our shared workspace system
- Contribute to continuous improvement, workforce planning, and HR interventions
- Ensure compliance with workforce change approvals and internal governance
- Actively promote Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and contribute to our climate change responsibilities
👤 Who We’re Looking For
We want someone who:
- Is motivated, organised and committed to delivering high-quality support
- Has experience using HR systems in a complex organisation
- Can manage multiple priorities with great attention to detail
- Enjoys collaborating with colleagues and building strong working relationships
- Knows HR processes, recruitment, job evaluations and workforce change
- Is confident using data, systems and technology to solve problems and inform decisions
- Is either CIPD Level 5 qualified or willing to work towards it
