As an HR Systems Administrator at Creative Education Trust, you will play a key role in supporting and developing our HR systems, working closely with the HR Systems Manager and wider HR and Finance teams to ensure our processes are efficient, accurate and continuously improving. About the HR Systems Department:
The HR Systems team plays a vital role in ensuring that the Trust’s systems are used effectively to support both operational delivery and strategic decision-making. Our priorities are to maintain high-quality, accurate data, continually improve systems and processes, and ensure colleagues across the Trust are supported to get the very best from our HR platforms.
The team works closely with HR, Finance and external providers to manage and develop systems such as iTrent, support reporting requirements, and implement new systems and functionality as the Trust grows. This includes exciting developments such as the potential transition to a new HR system and the implementation of additional platforms to enhance our recruitment and HR processes.
The HR Systems Administrator will work within the central HR team, reporting to the HR Systems Manager, and collaborating with colleagues across the Trust to deliver a responsive, efficient and high-quality service.
