If so, we'd love to hear from you. We're hiring an HSE Advisor to join our team here at Luxion. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to a build a long-term career in HSE and develop their skills into an advisor role.
The Role
As part of the HSE team, you'll support field, office and warehouse operations, helping to identify, assess and manage risk across the organisation.
You'll work closely with experienced HSE professionals, gaining exposure and carrying out audits, risk assessments and incident investigations. While developing your confidence and capability in a hands-on environment.
This is a development focused role, a NEBOSH qualification isn't essential, but you'll be willing to work towards this with our support.
What We're Looking For
We're open to candidates at an earlier stage in their HSE career, whether you're currently working as an HSE Coordinator, or have gained some exposure to health & safety and want to take the next step.
You might have some experience supporting HSE activities within a similar environment. Be passionate about health & safety and keen to build a career in this space. You'll have strong attention to detail and proactive, problem-solving mindset. You'll also be confident communicating with people at all levels and building relationships on site.
Most importantly, you'll bring motivation, eagerness to learn and ready to develop your HSE skills!
