We are currently seeking a driven and experienced BPA Senior Administration Manager to join their innovative operations department. This is a permanent position based in their dynamic office in Manchester.

Role & Responsibilities

The BPA Senior Administration Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the pensions administration team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the pension administration department.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in pension calculations and communications.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve departmental performance.
  • Managing relationships with stakeholders, including clients and external partners.
  • Leading, mentoring, and coaching team members to foster a collaborative and productive environment.

Key Skills

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following Skills

  • Extensive experience in DB pensions administration (~15+ years' experience)
  • Strong leadership qualities with proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the capability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
