Data Programme Manager - FTC - Speciality Insurance
We're looking for a seasoned Data Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a high-impact data transformation within a leading specialty insurer. With a strong team of data SMEs-including a well-established Head of Data-already in place, this role is all about focusing on delivery and pulling the wider data strategy together.
You'll bring structure, pace, and delivery focus to a critical data programme, working across business and technology teams to ensure progress and alignment. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring deep insurance experience, strategic thinking, and excellent stakeholder management.
Key Skills & Experience
Proven track record leading data or transformation programmes within insurance
Strong delivery background - able to bring pace, structure, and direction
Ability to align and connect existing SME input into a cohesive strategy
Insurance sector experience is essential - specialty insurance preferred, general insurance may be considered
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels
