Description
The Role

You will share in the development and delivery of wide, deep, agile, and imaginative events which resource and enable licensed, ordained, and lay ministers across the Diocese to thrive. Additionally, you will support the flourishing of those individuals who are discerning if God is calling them to ministry. Working as part of our dedicated Continuing Ministerial Development and Vocations & DDO teams, you will also provide first-class administrative support.

About You

Perhaps you have a background in end-to-end events organisation, or you might be experienced in learning and development. If you have proven experience in timely and high-quality administrative work, comfort in a multimedia environment, confident communication skills, and excellent organisational abilities, with a person-centred, can-do approach, we would love to hear from you.

You do not need to be a practising Christian or have a faith to work here - around 50% of staff are not practising Christians but are comfortable with the Christian ethos that underpins our work. However, all our staff do have a desire to make a difference.
