🚀 The Job Mission:

This is a Mechanical Engineering position at associate level. You will be fully embedded with our most important clients and you will assist and perform full lifecycle engineering activities for Nuclear New Build projects.

⚡️ Support the design of systems and components that meet customer requirements.

⚡️ Formulate and produce effective solutions to emerging problems.

⚡️ Evaluate final product’s overall performance, reliability, and safety.

⚡️ Alter and modify design to meet customer requirements.

⚡️ Work with the Senior Mechanical Engineer to estimate budget and scope of project.

⚡️ Help to identify Risk and Opportunity.

⚡️ Prepare product reports and documentation.

⚡️ Engage in the learning and development of new theories or methods.

Essential Skills:

🛠 BEng in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering qualification

🛠 We need a minimum of 12 months experience

🛠 Good knowledge of CAD software

🛠 Understanding of safety legislation & safety culture

🛠 Ability to act with integrity

🛠 Ability to work independently, using initiative and self-motivation

Desired Skills:

✔️ Understanding of materials

✔️ knowledge of piping would be good, but not essential

✔️ Problem-solving and finding solutions

✔️ Ability to analyze large amounts of data and consider multiple viewpoints
