Description
Why join us?

This is a fantastic time to join our Learning & Development team. You'll be part of a forward-thinking and supportive environment where your ideas are valued, your creativity is encouraged, and your impact will be visible.

We work flexibly, with hybrid working from our Manchester office and the whole team comes together every Wednesday to connect, collaborate, and share ideas in person.

If you're looking for a role where you can shape digital learning, build great content, and grow your career alongside a passionate team, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

You’ll play a key role in designing, developing and delivering digital learning content that supports colleagues across the business. From building engaging eLearning and blended resources to managing and improving content in the LMS, you’ll help ensure our learning offer is modern, accessible, and aligned with business needs. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts to turn ideas into impactful learning experiences, while also supporting self-directed learning and upskilling initiatives.

Alongside content creation, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to roll out learning across teams, track engagement and impact through reporting and data analysis, and support key projects such as leadership development, succession planning, and business transformation. Your input will directly influence how we grow skills across the organisation and ensure that learning drives performance and progress at every level.

What will help you succeed in this role?

Essential

  • Experience in digital learning and L&D content creation
  • Proficient in tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, or Canva
  • Solid understanding of LMS platforms and how they’re used in business
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders and managing training rollouts
  • Able to report on learning impact and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Desirable

  • Experience facilitating leadership or professional development webinars
  • Familiarity with learning evaluation methods or data analysis in Excel
  • Exposure to transformation or change related learning projects
  • Awareness of career pathways or succession planning in L&D
  • Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI and LMS integration basics
  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 in L&D (or working towards)
