Job Description
Land Manager
Reporting to the Head of Land Acquisition in this market-facing role, responsibilities will include:
- Screening initial opportunities
- Conducting initial due diligence, data room tracking, legal technical and financial appraisals
- Running feasibility studies including running design team consultants
- Drafting Investment Memorandums / Investment Committee Reports
- Tracking public procurement opportunities
- Ongoing project tracking and pipeline feasibility studies for the existing landbank
- Land assembly
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Argus Developer
- Existing peer group network within London land market
- Numerically literate with a commercial focus
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to summarise commercial and technical reports
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with colleagues and senior management
- Degree educated with a min 2:1 from a top tier university
